A basic role of a court expert is to prepare an opinion within the field of one’s expertise.
Essentially there are three types of opinions:
- opinions for the court – the expert is appointed by the court or another authority that conducts the administrative proceedings. A court’s expert opinion is a specific evidence, used in case of need for specialized knowledge for the purpose of determining certain circumstances,
- opinions for the preparatory proceedings – the expert is appointed by the authority that conducts the preparatory proceedings,
- private opinions – a party of the proceedings delegates preparation of the opinion to the expert.
We cooperate with the Courts, Prosecutors offices and Police within Poland.
