Expertises for courts

A basic role of a court expert is to prepare an opinion within the field of one’s expertise.

Essentially there are three types of opinions:

  • opinions for the court – the expert is appointed by the court or another authority that conducts the administrative proceedings. A court’s expert opinion is a specific evidence, used in case of need for specialized knowledge for the purpose of determining certain circumstances,
  • opinions for the preparatory proceedings – the expert is appointed by the authority that conducts the preparatory proceedings,
  • private opinions – a party of the proceedings delegates preparation of the opinion to the expert.

We cooperate with the Courts, Prosecutors offices and Police within Poland.

Prepared opinions are from the background of:

  • economic analysis,
  • business finance,
  • accountability,
  • evaluation of companies and shares,

review on investment decision-making.
